1. Orders and Payment

We accept payment via Mobile Money, Credit/Debit Card, and Cash on Delivery. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

2. Delivery

Delivery times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. The delivery fee is specified at checkout and will be added to the total cost.

Certain roles, such as "Admin" and "Delivery Staff," require an account to access specific features. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
